Writing and Teaching Romance Easier than Living It

Today marks the halfway point of our Five Golden Days Christmas celebration! Are you having fun? I know we all are - it's fun getting to know our authors, and we love giving away stuff!

Today's feature author on Pix-N-Pens is the incredible Fay Lamb. Fay writes beautiful romance stories that make you sigh all the way through the book, and she writes romantic suspense that has enough twists and turns that you can't read fast enough! She's also one of the most beautiful souls you'd ever hope to me, and we at Write Integrity and Pix-N-Pens are blessed beyond measure to have her as a beloved member of our family.

Fay made a comment on a Facebook post or in an interview somewhere earlier this year that struck me funny, considering she writes ROMANCE  and ROMANTIC SUSPENSE and she teaches other writers HOW to write both genres. She said she's not a romantic - her husband's the romantic one in the family! That just tickled me because she does such a delightful job with her stories. I wonder if she pours it all out on paper so there's nothing left at home?

Her romance novel, Charisse, is FREE through 12/4 on Kindle, so grab it now and tell your friends.

Charisse is the first in the Ties that Bind Series. Libby is the second book in the series, and next year, we'll meet Hope and Delilah to complete the series.

Fay also writes romantic suspense. Her Amazing Grace series is also four books: Stalking Willow and Better than Revenge are available now, and Everybody's Broken and Frozen Notes will be out next year.

Coming early next year is the first book in her new series - the "book of her heart" Storms in Serenity of her Serenity Keys Series. Bookmark her website and ours, and watch for its release.

She's also a co-author of most our novellas: The Christmas Tree Treasure Hunt, A Ruby Christmas, A Dozen Apologies, and its upcoming sequel The Love Boat Bachelor.

Fay's giving away some autographed copies of her books, and an angel she tatted herself, at the Facebook Party Friday night, so be sure to drop in for a chance to win. (The woman is multi-talented with a heart of solid gold, but here's a hint. Don't ask her to cook for you, although I probably am one of a few that can say she actually DID cook for me. She says her favorite recipe is "any occasion where I don't have to cook.")

Today's FREE books:

Jerusha Agen's This Dance is free today through Friday. This contemporary novel is the first in her Sisters Redeemed Series.

Today's the last day to get Peggy Cunningham's Really Rare Rabbits: Giant Green Ghosts and the Secret at Peppermint Pass for free, so grab it now!

Fay Lamb's Charisse is free today and tomorrow, so be sure to tell your romance-loving friends to get their copy. And don't forget about the next book in this series, Libby. She's quite the character, and there's a hunky hero involved in her story, in case you're interested.

And be sure to mark your calendar! We're having a Facebook Party on Friday, December 5, and you're invited! We're giving away books, jewelry, Christmas ornaments, a Nativity, gift cards, and more!
